Get yourself a CD for Yoga and make sure it says beginners Yoga. You will start to feel better and you will be able to straightened up and walk. Your pain will disappear.

nothing will stop pain unless you go on non candidal diet for life as it is a cause of almost any fancy diagnostic names disease.you dont put wrong fuel in your car then take it for spin on highway why are you doing it with your body,just imagine what damage cars will do to thrm selves if they have brain like us,thats way is no good to have brain

I never tried yoga. Does it also work for degenerative arthritis? My knee has been falling apart for years.
